Morgan Stanley is a global financial services firm that conducts business through three principal business segments - Institutional Securities Group ("ISG"), Wealth Management (MSWM"), and Investment Management ("MSIM"). Corporate Solutions, a division of MSWM, is focused on institutional and corporate relationships and was created to break down business silos to identify cross-sell opportunities and drive efficiencies across all functions and platforms that support institutional businesses. Our goal is to work in partnership with all of our businesses to deliver a better institutional client experience and increase product penetration and wallet share among our institutional clients and prospects.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIITES:

  • In partnership with the Institutional Financial Advisor, act as the liaison between Morgan Stanley and the corporate client's HR department in all phases of the MS Financial Wellness client lifecycle to ensure program implementation and ongoing servicing are meeting and exceeding client expectations

  • Project management of client onboarding to ensure a successful program implementation

  • Work closely with corporate client to execute marketing and communication plans to drive engagement with Morgan Stanley digital assets, resources, and our Financial Advisors

  • Coordinate with broader field organization and Financial Advisors to provide education about the MS Financial Wellness program as well as share success metrics and best practices

  • Identify program execution risks and provide possible solutions and remediation

  • Provide additional support for ad-hoc projects

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Strong project management skills

  • Must be highly motivated with a strong work ethic and a will to succeed

  • Strong interpersonal skills - capability to develop and build relationships as well as educate various stakeholders including Financial Advisors and clients

  • At least 5 years of experience in the financial services industry; Wealth Management experience greatly preferred

SKILLS

  • Advanced user of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Adobe Acrobat

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to organize and prioritize work, meet pressing deadlines, and complete projects
