Position Summary:

This position is responsible for architecting solutions for Mohegan Gaming & Entertainment's worldwide corporate infrastructure. Focusing on innovation and leveraging technology to streamline business processes and global collaboration. Evaluating new and existing solutions that will enhance the ongoing digital transformation of the enterprise's modern day workplace.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:includes but not limited to:

Responsible for the architecture relating to the corporate infrastructure and modern day workplace utilizing cloud technologies. Focusing on streamlining both new and existing enterprise storage environments, active directory, business continuity, disaster recovery, networking, and applications
Is a top-level technical collaborator and innovator to all areas of technology across the enterprise
Maintains a high level of technical expertise and knowledge of current products, to determine which best meets the enterprise's needs
Presents information to management that may result in the purchase and installation of hardware, software and equipment
Authors, reviews and maintains technical documentation and library of functional specifications
Acts as an internal consultant and mentor, providing technical guidance to junior staff
Ensures Service Level Agreements are met
Design: Works with management, peers and vendors to design and implement hardware/software configurations, logical models, operational management models, and business continuity plans for systems under management
Support: Works with management, peers and vendors to provide ongoing monitoring, performance tuning, implementation, and fault root cause analysis for systems under management
Technical Writing: Creation and maintenance of troubleshooting and operational documentation for all systems under management. Authors and peer-reviews knowledgebase articles documenting fault root causes and their respective resolutions
Training: Provides and receives cross-discipline training in order to ensure maximum availability of systems under management
Communications: Communicates effectively verbally, and in written form. Carries and responds to off-hours communications device, in order to provide 24x7 support for systems under management
Continuous Improvement: Actively pursues opportunities, as an individual and as part of a group, to improve knowledge, tools and processes for systems under management

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for maintaining and enforcing confidentiality and privacy rules pursuant to all applicable regulations
Participates in, and complies with, Mohegan Gaming and Entertainment's Change Management process and methodology
Promotes superior customer service
Responsible for enforcing the privacy rules pursuant to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) as applicable to Mohegan Sun
Provides on-call 24/7 production support for designated systems

Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:

Expert knowledge of all currently deployed Mohegan Gaming and Entertainment technology
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Visio and other design and documentation tools
Excel at process improvement and root cause analysis

Training Requirements:

Appropriate Mohegan Sun and MTGA regulations
Knowledge of Mohegan Gaming & Entertainment corporate and department policies and procedures
Mohegan Gaming & Entertainment project management process and methodology
Mohegan Gaming & Entertainment timesheet categories and guidelines
Mohegan Gaming & Entertainment technical architecture and standards

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Ability to travel to remote locations up to 25%
Office work environment
Must be able to sit in front of a computer screen for extended periods of time
Requires occasional off-shift work, including late night and early morning hours
Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to: Reviews daily cash position and makes debt and investment recommendations Reviews near term forecast to monitor cash levels and liquidity Reviews and approves disbursements, including check requests, wire transfers and ACH transfers Administrates banking authorizations and related services for business units, where applicable Manages cash and short-term investment positions, where applicable Initiates capital and distribution requests, as needed Reviews debt covenant compliance reporting packages to ensure proper reporting and compliance Monitors, and analyzes FX and interest rate risk management strategies Secondary Duties and Responsibilities: Maintains banking and other business relationships with external providers Maintains policies and procedures for the Treasury department Assists in transformation activities of department to streamline processes Develops training programs for Treasury personnel Assists local business unit treasury functions, as needed Reviews schedules prepared by the Treasury department that are used for the monthly close and/or SEC filings Performs other related duties as requested Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position: Knowledge of MGE corporate and department policies and procedures Knowledge of budget planning and analysis process Effective utilization of evaluation programs Knowledge and understanding of the MGE cash management structure Thorough understanding of the Mohegan Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO) as it relates to employment Training Requirements: Knowledge of treasury platforms Knowledge of ERP business systems Knowledge of reporting overlay systems Understanding of Time and Attendance and Database Management systems Physical Demands and Work Environment: Office work environment Must be able to sit in front of a computer screen for extended periods of time Travel may be required for meetings and/or conferences Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, requirements or working conditions associated with this job.
