CSR Data and Systems Analyst

Ingram Micro's corporate social responsibility (CSR) team is looking to add a sustainability data management role to administer our CSR information management platform, manage global CSR data collection, validation and analysis, and help us leverage data to make a compelling case for various projects and strategies.
Administration of Ingram Micro's information management system, including maintenance of regions, user accounts and indicators, data imports, coordinating with the vendor's technical solutions team, user support, change requests, developing delegation plans and troubleshooting.
Improve timeliness, completeness and accuracy of global sustainability data by collaborating with users companywide, supporting training administration and performing data audits
Validation and analysis of global data set, including data visualization for reporting purposes
Format data inputs for CDP emissions and annual CSR reports
Prepare periodic refrigerant emissions inventories
Support the development of a scope 3 emissions inventory and science-based emissions reduction targets
Assist in the analysis of supply chain data
Support updates of training materials and procedures related to data processes
Prepare custom reports and dashboards within our platforms
Assist in the development of global energy and waste profiles to support carbon neutrality and zero-waste strategies
Periodically map resource risks using basic GIS tools (e.g., WRI Aqueduct Water Risk Atlas or QGIS)
Provide supporting data for facility efficiency and other sustainability projects
Other responsibilities as assigned
Job Qualifications and Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in relevant field, such as statistics, data science, analytics, environmental management, environmental informatics, EHS, etc. is required.
At least 2 years in an environmental data management role, including EHS, energy or sustainability management
At least 1 year working with sustainability information management systems (e.g., UL, Intelex, Enablon) as a user or an administrator
Advanced analytical skills
Advanced knowledge of Excel and standard statistical tools
Experience with data visualization tools, such a Power BI or Tableau
Ability to visualize data sets for diverse audiences
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Committed to diversity and inclusion

Familiarity with Office 365 applications
Prior work experience in a large or multi-national enterprise
Administrator experience with UL's Pure platform (formerly cr360)
Prior experience supporting CSR data activities, such as CSR reporting or preparing emissions inventories
Experience with modeling scope 3 emissions inventories
Candidates must be U.S.-based. Preference for individuals located near one of our U.S. facilities, though we'll consider telecommuting or remote work options for highly-qualified candidates.
