Job Description:

At Regions, the Corporate Social Responsibility Program Manager is responsible for identifying and coordinating the company's reporting on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues, establishing relationships with key external ESG stakeholders and managing other communications and reporting related to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

Primary Responsibilities

  • Serves as the central point of contact for ESG issues raised by nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) and shareholders and coordinate responses with Investor Relations and other relevant internal partners depending on the subject matter of the inquiry

  • Establishes relationships with key external ESG stakeholders to ensure that they are apprised of the company's work and the company is aware of their interests

  • Understands, identifies and monitors ESG issues in the banking industry that could affect our business and be knowledgeable of industry standards, best practices, and regulatory trends

  • Gathers, analyzes and interprets data related to ESG and CSR broadly and where possible benchmark against peers

  • Manages reporting and production of CSR reporting, including the Sustainability Report and the Corporate Diversity Index and develop additional or expanded reporting as appropriate

  • Manages and updates the CSR website

  • Defines and implements new process improvement opportunities to benefit CSR

  • Provides additional program support for CSR as needed

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field

  • Seven (7) years experience
