Purchasing Power, one of Atlanta's fastest growing e-retailers is seeking a Corporate Senior Recruiter to join our team in Atlanta, GA.

The Senior Recruiter will help us track down the brightest talent in the country who want to make a difference in the lives of others. You will focus on recruiting talent at all levels across the company ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. You will be responsible for the full life-cycle recruiting process across multiple disciplines and functions. You will provide best in class candidate experience while highlighting Purchasing Power's culture and mission as a leader within our industry. Position based in Atlanta, GA and will have the ability to work remotely 3 days a week from home office with travel to our Midtown Atlanta office 2 days a week.

Job Details - What you'll do

  • Lead full life-cycle recruitment effort for exempt/nonexempt positions, including interns and temporary roles.

  • Responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive, strategic sourcing plan to sustain candidate flow for repeatable critical roles through internal and external vehicles.

  • Accountable for developing and implementing innovative, pro-active recruitment strategies to address both short-term and long-term talent needs.

  • Develop and nurture relationships with professional organizations, networking groups, and community organizations to support Purchasing Power's presence and positive reputation in the market and build candidate pipelines for current and future openings.

  • Implement creative, effective external search techniques to engage passive candidates, including direct sourcing, research, database mining and networking. Utilizes tools such as social media, job boards, LinkedIn, internal referrals to build a talent pool of candidates. Recommends additional sourcing tools as necessary.

  • Administer and report effectiveness of internal recruitment campaigns and referral programs, providing continuous improvement recommendations following each quarter's results.

  • Serve as internal consultant to ensure job description and job posting accurately represent core responsibilities and requirements for each position while ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.

  • Pre-screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications against position requirements and culture fit with Purchasing Power values.

  • Use judgment and applies legal knowledge to assemble a slate of qualified applicants for manager interviews.

  • Leads interview team debrief process with hiring managers to calibrate candidates and refine sourcing plan as necessary. Consults and provides guidance to the hiring manager in equitably assessing candidates, leading to a hiring decision.Administer assessments; review and approve results of all background investigations.

  • Manage candidate's expectations and experience, providing clear information specific to job content and benefits package. Provide interview feedback to candidates, ensuring a positive experience.

  • Develop, negotiate and close complex hiring deals; negotiate offers of employment to qualified candidates, prepare offer letters and all corresponding documents.

  • Utilize and maintain applicant tracking system in a consistent and compliant manner. Control the candidate flow process, ensure recruitment data and candidate information is accurately captured, allowing for accurate and timely recruitment metrics.

  • Track, maintain, and generate recruiting activity reports and monthly KPIs for management review. Provide quarterly overview of successes and areas of improvement, including solution recommendations for KPI's identified as areas of underperformance.

  • Ensure the company is legally compliant within its recruitment and selection process.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.

  • 5+ years of full life-cycle recruitment experience in a corporate environment.

  • Proven success managing full life-cycle search efforts while achieving (or exceeding) key recruiting performance metrics. Ability to review recruiting metrics, assess target areas of under-performance, and create solution to improve business results.

  • AIRS certification, preferred.

  • Proven experience recruiting for candidates in digital / e-commerce landscape, preferred.

  • Strong knowledge and use of applicant tracking systems, Taleo preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process, with a strong ability to influence at critical decision points.

  • Clear sense of urgency and direction and a willingness to adapt to the needs of the business.

  • Strong customer focus with demonstrated expertise in building and fostering trusting relationships.

  • Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

  • Ability to generate a high volume/high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines.

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written are essential.

  • Strong documentation skills, detail-orientation, and project coordination skills.

  • Exhibit a passion for helping people with a positive demeanor.
