Overview

Perform a wide variety of administrative duties as directed by the leadership team; coordinate meetings, organize appointments and schedule for the leadership team; act as a receptionist and contact person for Corporate Security staff; take meeting notes, compose correspondence and distribute as directed by the leadership team; maintain a high level of confidentiality in all aspects of department work; pick up and distribute mail for Corporate Security staff; make travel arrangements for Corporate Security staff; maintain departmental expense records including corporate credit cards to ensure expenses are paid timely; order office supplies and maintain appropriate office supply levels; compile and maintain investigative and physical security files and correspondence, etc. Maintain new-hire background records; develop and submit monthly new-hire exception reports to Corporate Recruiting to ensure all records have been processed. Research, document and process restitution payments. Co-manage the electronic incident reports (eIRs) to include eIR assignments, reconciliation, escalations and efiles. Perform other duties as assigned

RequirementsEducation and/or Work Experience Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required

  • Some College preferred

  • 2-4 years extensive experience in PC environment required

  • Ability to project positive, professional image both in person and on the telephone

  • Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with other staff, agencies and business professionals

  • Ability to make proper referrals in emergency situations

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong English language, grammar and clerical skills

  • Strong computer skills

  • Ability to prioritize work

  • Ability to operate multiple phone lines

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in spite of distractions

  • Knowledge of general banking operations

  • Knowledge of general banking regulations/policies/procedures

VIEW JOBS 11/27/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-25T00:00 Position Overview Proactively research current external fraud trends to identify recurring issues relating to transaction fraud. Utilize internal computer reports/systems/databases to assist in the identification of fraudulent/suspicious activity. Utilize monitoring process on accounts and other available resources to detect early warning signs of fraud. Develop supporting evidence, research and document necessary reports/files. Ensure cases are researched, documented and completed in accordance with departmental, regulatory and compliance standards. Establish criteria for initiating investigative action in coordination with the Investigations Unit. Produce and analyze timely management reports from investigative data and maintain integrity of all required reports; maintain a high level of confidentiality in all aspects of departmental work. Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager, Fraud Detection. Duties and Responsibilities Fraud Analysis * Review available reports and perform analysis to identify fraud trends. * Ensure departmental SLAs are met. * Utilize the Returns System, ARX, Transaction Imaging and other tools to review transaction activity to determine if suspicious activity is taking place. * Make decisions on suspected fraud on placing appropriate holds/blocks to mitigate additional risk. * Ensure systemic issues are identified and escalated. This position will report directly to the Fraud Detection Manager. RequirementsEducation and/or Work Experience Requirements * College degree or equivalent in experience * At least 4 years of general banking/fraud detection experience * Fraud experience preferred * Thorough knowledge of bank applications/transaction processing preferred * Ability to independently with minimal supervision * Ability to identify and escalate systemic issues and/or process breakdowns * Advanced computer skills with demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Strong critical thinking skills * Strong analytical skills Work Schedule Days: Monday – Friday Time: 4pm – 12am #LI-DH1 * All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender stereo typing, and age.
