Immediate opening for a driven and detail-oriented Corporate Secretary / Administrative Assistant.

The Corporate Secretary / Administrative Assistant reports directly to the Assistant General Counsel and provides cross-functional support for the Development, Operations, Facilities, Legal, and Accounting teams as required. Daily duties support the general functioning and growth of Upstream Rehabilitation.
The Corporate Secretary / Administrative Assistant will:
Assist with document creation, editing, and production in support of the company's business operations.
Assist with preparation of business entity documentation.
Assist with corporate filings and reports.
Assist in document production related to litigation.
Create workflows to efficiently accomplish the foregoing tasks, with specific attention to paid to deadlines and details.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills with a focus in Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as Adobe products.
Organized, flexible and independent worker with a superior work ethic.
Demonstrated excellence in attention to detail and meeting strict deadlines.
Self-starter capable of working under minimal supervision.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent time management skills with an ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Sound business ethics, including the protection of confidential information.
Associate's Degree or minimum of 5 years' work experience.
