Immediate opening for a driven and detail-oriented Corporate Secretary / Administrative Assistant.

Job Summary:

The Corporate Secretary / Administrative Assistant reports directly to the Assistant General Counsel and provides cross-functional support for the Development, Operations, Facilities, Legal, and Accounting teams as required. Daily duties support the general functioning and growth of Upstream Rehabilitation.

The Corporate Secretary / Administrative Assistant will:

  • Assist with document creation, editing, and production in support of the company's business operations.

  • Assist with preparation of business entity documentation.

  • Assist with corporate filings and reports.

  • Assist in document production related to litigation.

  • Create workflows to efficiently accomplish the foregoing tasks, with specific attention to paid to deadlines and details.

  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.


  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills with a focus in Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as Adobe products.

  • Organized, flexible and independent worker with a superior work ethic.

  • Demonstrated excellence in attention to detail and meeting strict deadlines.

  • Self-starter capable of working under minimal supervision.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent time management skills with an ability to prioritize and multi-task.

  • Sound business ethics, including the protection of confidential information.

  • Associate's Degree or minimum of 5 years' work experience.
