IAI is seeking a Corporate Secretariat who will work as a member of the Directors Action Group (DAG) providing senior executive level sup[port to the NRO Strategic Decision Framework (SDF) and the Corporate Decision Process (CDP)/Corporate Information Process (CIP). In support of the NRO SDF, the candidate will support:

Issue analysis, groups, boards, and councils that support NRO management processes in accordance with approved NRO Corporate governance

Prepare decision packages

Support the development of charters and business rules for the SDF and the CDP

Execute administrative tasks required to schedule, conduct and document the SDF and the CDP

Document and provide the minutes for each NRO Corporate Group (NCG), NRO Corporate Board (NCB) and NRO Corporate Council (NCC) meeting

Develop, maintain and update the content and structure of the Corproate Secreatariate website

Required qualifications:

Active TS/SCI clearance, with CI Poly or willing to take a CI Poly

NRO or IC experience

BS/BA degree with 10+ years of demonstrated performance related to the tasks above

Ability to excel as a member of a collaborative team through open communication, transparency, and flexibility

Ability to relate professionally with senior Government customers and colleagues

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Desired qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree

Knowledge and understanding of Intelligence Community processes and procedures.

Security Requirements:
Must currently hold a TS/SCI security clearance
