The Corporate Reporting Senior Analyst works with the External Reporting team as well as finance and business partners to provide critical corporate reporting to leadership. You will be involved in finance projects, implementation of "best practice" processes and procedures, and support the external reporting process. The Corporate Reporting Senior Analyst works regularly with worldwide finance teams, senior management, and external auditors. Must be a dedicated self-starter, have a fanatical attention to detail, possess strong analytical skills, have strong written communications skills, and be a capable individual who can work in a challenging and constantly moving environment.

Key Qualifications

  • 7+ years of work experience including minimum of 4 years of big four public accounting experience with public clients and SEC reporting exposure

  • Detailed and results oriented and able to work in a high paced, fast changing environment

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Self-starter and ability to multi-task while performing a variety of complex tasks

  • Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, Sarbanes Oxley 404 and SEC reporting requirements

  • Wdesk/Workiva experience is a plus

  • General knowledge of SAP is a plus


  • Manage various key processes and deliverables to senior management, including financial reporting analysis, Audit Committee reports, and financial sub-certifications

  • Assist with the worldwide close governance process and work with business finance teams around the world to proactively identify, monitor and resolve close and reporting-related issues

  • Assist with key financial reporting issues, including analysis and conclusion of complex matters, including areas requiring extensive judgment

  • Support the preparation and review of SEC periodic reports, statement of cash flows and related management reporting

  • Continually focus on driving reporting best practices and operational improvements

  • Work closely with the external auditors and assist in the coordination of audits and quarterly reviews

  • Partner closely with the Technical Accounting team to monitor, research and interpret new accounting and regulatory requirements and assess the impact on the Company's financial reporting

  • Assist with other accounting and finance special projects for senior management

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting
