NOTE: This position can be filled at the Staff or Senior level and we will assess applicants based on skills and years of relevant experience. We are also open to filling this position in any of our physical office locations: Madison / Middleton, WI; Eden Prairie / Minneapolis, MN; Des Moines / Urbandale, IA; Denver, CO or Scottsdale, AZ.

Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Specialist focuses on sourcing, screening, selecting, and retaining top talent while partnering with hiring managers and their teams to ensure an outstanding candidate experience.

In addition to talent acquisition activities, this position will help lead localized campus recruiting efforts. The Talent Acquisition Specialist also provides leadership or support for other talent related processes and HR projects (i.e. background checks, affirmative action, drug screens, on-boarding, social media, interviewing best practices, immigration, relocation, etc.).

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field -OR- 4+ years equivalent work experience, preferably in a Corporate environment
  • 2+ years human resources experience, including at least 1+ years full life-cycle recruiting experience

Other Qualifications:

  • Experience with applicant tracking and enterprise content management systems; iCIMS and SharePoint a plus

  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and communicate at all levels, both inside and outside the organization

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-through skills

  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and professionalism

  • Social media platform experience (Facebook, LinkedIn), prior site administrator role a plus

  • Strong organizational skills with the proven ability to handle competing priorities and deadlines
