SpotX is now searching for a new team member to aid in our rapid growth. The positions to recruit for are largely local but also national and international. An early to mid-career position for someone with a hybrid recruiting and coordinating background, technical knowledge preferred, direct sourcing experience/interest and creative/modern recruiting abilities. A strong interview scheduling ability and working ATS skills round out this fun/varied role.
As part of the recruiting team, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment cycle (greeting and welcoming candidates and new hires, position approval and job posting, sourcing/screening, schedule/manage interviews, HR discussion, salary negotiations, offer, candidate engagement). Using your positive style, you will interact with the other recruiters as well as the business directly to fulfill their hiring needs for various positions. Explore and utilize various sourcing channels like networking, direct sourcing, social media, employee referrals, and other new venues. Build relationships with the hiring teams to understand the skills, profile, needs, fit and nuances to identify the right people. Become an expert in Jobvite and PeopleNet ATS to fully utilize the systems, teach others and keep the processes moving. Active follow-ups with the candidates as well as spreading the word of the great SpotX culture and it's strong, growing company.
3-5 years of recruiting experience, combo corporate and agency preferred
Full cycle including sourcing, hiring manager interaction, prescreening and offer negotiations, scheduling and robust ATS use
Creativity in recruiting, desire to learn and be teachable
Positive, proactive and collaborative demeanor along with excellent interpersonal skills
Onsite in Broomfield/Arista
