WAYNE PA - Our client in the financial industry has an immediate opening for a Corporate Recruiter to join their team. This position is 30 hours per week and can be a combination of virtual and in office work, it is a direct hire opportunity and pays up to 75,000 annually. The primary responsibility of this position is to partner with hiring managers to identify the needs of their departments and fill open requisitions. Full Life Cycle recruiting of up to 9 reps at a time
Assist with onboarding
creation of candidate pool
Administer reference checks, background checks and salary negotiations
Develop job descriptions
Oversee employee referral program
Coordinate and attend job fairs as needed
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Must be a team player and enjoy working in a team
Must have a professional demeanor and polished
Must be capable of managing multiple tasks at a time with little direction
Must have 5 years of corporate recruiting experience
Experience in Public Accounting experience is a plus!
Must have experience working in multiple applicant tracking systems
