Our Talent Acquisition team is growing! Quad/Graphics is seeking a talented recruiter to join our dynamic, fast paced, growing organization. In this role, you will identify exceptional, diverse candidates for key positions within our organization and will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle. This position requires the ability to actively source and develop talent pipelines across various functional disciplines. The successful candidate will have experience working as a trusted business advisor and consultative recruiting matter expert.
Manage the end to end recruitment lifecycle for external candidates ensuring full understanding of requirements and timelines
Effectively partner with business leaders on all aspects of staffing by translating client technical/functional hiring needs into effective and efficient candidate generation strategies
Create and maintain a continual/active flow of candidates by utilizing advanced internet searching skills, cold and warm calling, networking, database mining, referrals, social/business websites, and other non-traditional avenues.
Source, screen, interview, manage the interview process, close and hire both internal and external candidates in all areas of the company.
Accountable for the development of creative proactive recruitment strategies based on current market trends and analysis.
Provide hiring managers and candidates with a positive and compelling experience during the recruiting and hiring process by engaging in timely and appropriate communications
Manage confidential and personal identifying information
Provide timely reports to Managers and Directors
Identify and participate in networking activities such as attending career fairs as needed and cold calling on schools, organizations, and outplacement services to promote the organization in our communities
Maintain proper documentation using the ATS to track information and ensure candidates are updated as they move through the process and compliance requirements are met.
Other ad-hoc recruitment related projects, as needed
Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or prior business experience preferred
At least 3 years recruitment experience
Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel; Taleo experience a plus
Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency with applicant tracking systems
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Flexibility to work off hours as needed
Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines
Highly driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong mind-set for continuous improvement
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively and efficiently
Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization
