Currently McDonald's is seeking an expert hands-on Corporate Recruiter to join our growing Global Talent Attraction team. You will be support full cycle recruitment for your assigned function(s) within the company. You will report to the Talent Attraction Manager and collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization. To hire the best, we need the best. We want professionals who are hard-working, passionate about candidate experience, and customer obsessed. Partner with hiring managers in developing recruitment strategies for current and future staffing needs primarily at the manager level and above
Implement necessary sourcing strategies to include a variety of methods of attracting top talent
Select and qualify candidates based upon skill, cultural, and motivational fit, utilizing behavioral based approach and screening criteria
Provide exceptional candidate care and ensure that candidates are effectively pre-screened before inclusion into the recruitment process
Maintain best practices throughout the client interview process by providing interview and assessment skills coaching and updates
Build business relationships with key Client Groups, candidates, and HR Business Partners
Research and recommend competitive compensation packages in partnership with the hiring managers and HRBPs
Possible oversight of a Jr. Recruiter and / or Candidate Experience Coordinator
Possible engagement on recruiting projects; such as an ATS implementation or new technology
Responsible for pulling reports and abiding to key metrics and SLAs
