One of the largest oil and gas company is seeking a corporate recruiter for a 6-month contract. Houston, TX 77086 area. Pay rate is very competitive at $28 to $32 hourly. Standard office schedule Monday thru Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for the all levels of staffing services to the team for all US locations. This position will fully develop and manage the recruiting function and processes. This position delivers high quality administration, plant staffing, clerical, professional and executive level candidates and advances company brand across numerous markets and professional communities, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process. This individual performs full life-cycle recruiting and maintains excellent relationships with hiring managers, candidates, staffing agencies and the colleges. The Corporate Recruiter will have contact with senior-level management which requires strong interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal. A wide degree of creativity, near- and long-term recruiting vision, business understanding, and personal organization is required.
Core Recruiter Duties:
Create and execute recruitment plans and succession plans.
Document recruiting processes from beginning to end.
Develop and implement an Applicant Tracking System.
Identify and utilize internal and external channels for recruitment.
Represent and market company at various events.
Ensure that diversity principles are integrated into the full talent acquisition process.
Build a strong understanding of organizational needs and customer requirements and applies this to continuous recruitment processes.
Customize recruitment strategies on critical to fill jobs working directly with the customer.
Responsible for enhancement and execution of the college recruiting process for the internship program.
Provide standard and ad hoc reports on recruitment programs and metrics to customers.
Create, develop, and use data and data analysis to identify sourcing trends, forecasting, staffing needs analysis, turnover analysis, labor market analysis, successes and gaps and identifies actions and solutions as needed.
Develop and manage key metrics for area of responsibility including time to fill, employee referral placements, quality of hire, cost per hire, accession rate, replacement costs etc.
Develop and maintain a cold and warm recruitment process.
Manage all staffing agency relationships.
Participate in broader HR projects as needed.
Min of 6 years of corporate recruiting experience REQUIRED.
High school diploma a MUST, college courses preferred.
This is an office role. Any interested candidates must be able to report to the office site every day.
