Responsibilities

  • Consults with various department managers to develop requisition details, job descriptions, ideal candidate profiles, screening questions, and interview procedures

  • Provides full cycle recruiting including maintaining ATS (applicant tracking system) portal (MyHire) with continuous training for employees, creating, approving and posting all requisitions

  • Follow up with all managers including status updates, reporting, and other information as needed

  • Communicate regularly with managers on candidate status

  • Conduct background/employment verifications

  • Negotiate and manage the offer process (reviewed, extended, and followed through with offers to the onboarding process)

  • Maintain EEOC compliance through ATS system with regards to requisitions, onboarding, offer letters, background checks, and any other applicable sources

  • Follow and/or establish employment eligibility processes (Visa's, TN's etc.)

  • Maintain relationships with outside recruiting sources/services including contract negotiations offering contract and direct employees for the placement of specialized candidates

  • Other recruiting projects may be assigned as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Minimum of one year experience in recruiting, sourcing, and interviewing candidates

The Corporate Recruiter will play a vital role in recruiting for roles across a diverse set of corporate functions. You will support hiring managers and their teams by helping them to build out their recruiting capabilities. You will teach them to use recruiting tools, interviewing techniques and recruiting best practices through daily interactions. You will partner with them to design end-to-end recruiting strategies for their roles, help them find creative ways to source great talent, and guide them in building out robust, customized interviewing processes. Building upon your own ideas and experience, you'll draw upon the best practices, suggestions, and camaraderie of other Recruiting Team members.
