Our client, a leader in payment solutions is looking for a Corporate Recruiter. Responsibilities include full cycle recruiting activities for our 3 US locations (Malvern, Mount Prospect, and Williston). You will have the opportunity to develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse, world-class talent for multiple business units to support current and forecasted organizational talent management strategies. The Recruiter will attract new talent into the organization, as well promote career opportunities internally, while modeling CPI's core values and mission.

Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Execute full life cycle recruiting activities relating to screening, interviewing, assessing, and selection for all positions.

  • Develop and implement creative and non-traditional sourcing strategies for open positions including: research, networking, social media, memberships and organization affiliations

  • Utilizing various job board tools and social media to locate high potential candidates.

  • Develop strong awareness and understanding of the business and functional areas of responsibility to target and hire the best talent

  • Partner with and coach hiring managers on the best recruiting practices and policies, and provide guidance, support, and recommendations on candidates to interview

  • Evaluate the screening, hiring, and on-boarding processes for inconsistencies and gaps identified for continual process improvements. Conduct research and develop strategies for best practices and process improvements

  • Further advance the diversity recruiting strategies and employee referral programs.

  • Create, define and document college recruiting and intern strategy and target top schools.

  • Maintain the applicant tracking system

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with a 3-5 years of full cycle talent acquisition experience and partnering with HR

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in identifying and securing talent for multiple business functions (Finance, IT, Operations)

  • Experience sourcing candidate via online resume databases and applicant tracking systems required - we use LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Indeed and Taleo

  • A sound understanding of recruitment best practice tools and methodologies (e.g., sourcing and selection)

  • Exceptional customer service experience, sense of urgency, and drive

  • Must be detail oriented and highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills

  • Demonstrate a professional, articulate and self-motivated demeanor with strategic problem solving, analytical, and communication (written and verbal) skills with the ability to influence

  • Self-motivated with ability to establish and sustain strong internal customer relationships and external candidate relationships, effectively balancing the needs of each

  • Working within a fast-paced environment with the ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure with multiple vacancies

  • Ability to present and sell candidates to the business
