As a Recruiter at Insight, you'll act as the face of the company and will be responsible for full lifecycle of recruiting to acquire the best talent, from source to hire. Your role will entail partnering with hiring managers to identify talent needs and developing creative sourcing techniques, screening, submitting qualified candidates and on-boarding.

What you'll do at Insight:

  • Source, qualify, and conduct interviews with candidates to ensure both a professional and cultural fit. To do this, you'll have to leverage networking, social media, job boards and other methods for building candidate pipelines.

  • Review candidate information to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about the organization and position

  • Develop and maintain network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates

  • Recommend ideas and process improvements related to recruitment that will contribute to the growth of the organization and optimization of how the team operates.

  • Participate in Recruiting OFCCP strategy and diversity outreach efforts on a monthly basis.

What you'll need to join Insight:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field, from four-year College or university; or equivalent combination of education and HR related experience

  • At least 3-5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment

  • Experience delivering hiring results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Ability to manage a consistent req load, spanning multiple business units and geographic locations

  • Strong communication skills and experience partnering with the business leaders and hiring managers

VIEW JOBS 3/21/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-06-19T00:00 GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION The Corporate Receptionist - Mortgage is the first point of contact for customers and other visitors to the Mortgage Department. They are responsible for assisting visitors when possible, screening visitors as needed, and routing them to others when appropriate. They will answer incoming calls and provide additional administrative support for the office. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Welcome visitors and direct them to the proper department or employee. This duty is performed daily, about 50% of the time. 2. Answer telephones, direct phone calls to appropriate person, or take messages. This duty is performed daily, about 15% of the time. 3. Perform administrative duties, such as typing, filing, or routine clerical work, and mail handling. This duty is performed daily, about 15% of the time. 4. Receive shipments and packages and directs them to the proper department or employee. Coordinate outbound shipments. This duty is performed daily, about 10% of the time. 5. Ensure reception area is neat and orderly. This duty is performed daily, about 5% of the time. 6. Screen callers as needed, recording name, time of call, and nature of business. This duty is performed daily. 7. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. 8. Complete required BSA/AML training and other compliance training as assigned. This duty is performed as needed. 9. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned. Requirements EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Mental alertness and adaptability to office and field area work routines.
