Corporate Recruiter

We have an immediate opening for a Corporate Recruiter to work remotely with our Corporate office in VB, and support our hiring managers with Navy, DHS, and DoD programs across 16 states and Washington, D.C.

Responsibilities:

• Manage high volume of recruiting assignments in multiple geographical locations in a fast paced, competitive environment

• Perform full life-cycle recruiting from sourcing candidates to facilitating pre-employment screening

• Conduct weekly meetings with hiring managers to communicate status of requisitions

• Source, prescreen, schedule and conduct interviews

• Review resumes and credentials for appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities in relation to position requirements

• Manage candidate pipeline by contacting and following up with candidates regularly

• Support line hiring managers by contacting potential candidates, scheduling interviews , and completing reference checks

• Maintain timely accurate documentation of personnel requisitions and applications ensuring the applicant tracking system is current

• Assist hiring managers develop personnel requisitions and successfully conduct interviews

Educational Requirements:

• BA/BS degree

Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree

• 5 to 7 years experience in sourcing and recruiting in a military and federal government contracting environment

• Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed and Taleo applicant system.

• Experience with recruiting SCA employees

• Proven ability with internet recruiting navigation , on-line sourcing , and recruiting methods

• Organized, extremely detail oriented, dependable, flexible and have the ability to collaborate with team members and customers

• Proficient in Microsoft Word,

• Experience in sourcing, networking, development, negotiating, and closing of potential candidates

• Must be able to interact effectively with all levels of candidates, employees and management

• Ability to engage and build effective relationships

• Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Proven ability to take initiative and look beyond traditional recruiting practices with an innovative approach

• Manage multiple tasks, projects, and meet time sensitive deadlines

Other Requirements:

• Familiarity with military and veteran hiring communities

• Former military experience a plus

• Work independently and as a part of a team

• Results oriented , process driven with strong organizational and communication skills

• Remote Work after orientation period of one month
