East West is looking to add a talented and enthusiastic Corporate Recruit...Education, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Ability to attract and source top talent using a variety of sourcing methods.Experience recruiting a wide range of highly technical positions (engineering, technical sales) and business development professional roles is preferred.Strong understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software, as well as experience with social media recruiting.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and time management.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proactive and solution-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
