We are seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join a dynamic team and continue building a world-class, creative organization by finding the best talent for our incredible culture. This role is based in our beautiful Brickell, Miami office - hybrid schedule.

What You'll Do

• Build a memorable and rewarding recruiting experience for candidates and hiring managers alike through creative sourcing, effective selection, and solid offer packages.
• Develop the employer value propositions in the Miami market in collaboration with the HR and Marketing teams.
• Strategically market our roles through social media and job boards that are most effective for sourcing and generating qualified applicants for our positions.
• Oversee and manage the applicant tracking system to ensure candidates complete the necessary steps to join the team.
• Partner with hiring managers to have an engaging, effective interview process that exhibits our culture of fun, focus, energy, trust, and relationships!

What You Should Have

• 7 or more years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in the technology industry to include several corporate departments: Finance/Accounting, Sales, Account Management and Marketing.
• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related field required
• Experience with ATS development and system management highly preferred
• Proven track record in sourcing from the local Miami network via social media
• Expert LinkedIn recruiting experience
• Experience with evaluating background check results preferred
• Incredible and contagious communication skills - verbal and written
• Professional decorum in dealing with employees at all levels and the ability to represent the company at all times during the recruiting and employment process
• Any additional HR experience in a generalist role is desired for career development
• Strong attention to detail to allow the recruiting experience to be seamless and memorable and reflective of our company culture
• A passion for collaboration and shared results with the team
• Strong critical thinking skills, creativity and flexibility
• Willingness to work on special projects as assigned
