Level II Recruiter CLASSIFICATION: Exempt POSITION OVERVIEW: ADB is a Nationwide full turnkey provider of technology infrastructure solutions including Wireline, Wireless, Technology, and Engineering.

ADB is seeking a Level II Recruiter to join our fast paced, metrics driven talent acquisition team. This position will perform full cycle, high volume recruiting for an operational region within ADB. The Level II Recruiter will ensure candidate and hiring manager satisfaction throughout the entire interview and hiring process.
The ideal candidate will be self-driven, customer centric and have a strong belief in the safety and well-being of team members, as well as a strong work ethic and ALL IN attitude to achieve results. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for sourcing and interviewing quality internal and external candidates for various positions to be presented to operational leaders for final selection Performs full cycle recruiting responsibilities including but not limited to; phone screens, interviewing, assessments, verbal offers, pre-employment paperwork etc.
Performs recruiting for 20 open positions regularly, ensuring all weekly and monthly metrics are hit including AFT, candidate generation, offer acceptance rate, interviews, etc. Ensures the candidate experience meets the ADB standards, follows through on communication expectations with candidates throughout the entire interview and hiring process Has the ability to forecast filled positions and adhere to the forecast on a weekly basis Partners closely with Recruiting Assistants and Coordinators to ensure candidate generation and interview metrics are met weekly Proactive and metrics driven; has a passion for, and develops strategies to consistently meet established fill times and selection expectations Builds pipelines nationwide by utilizing various channels such as Linked In Recruit, job boards, referral programs, networking, Social Media, etc. Master relationship builder; takes a customer centric approach to hiring; partners with operation leaders/hiring managers to ensure their people needs are being met Performs other duties as assigned by leadership SUCCESS FACTORS Travel Ability Nationwide (Only if needed for in market support) A strong belief in ZERO- Being Safe 100% of the time is the expectation Alignment with company mission, vision, and values A high level of customer centricity; ability to support hiring managers nationwide Strong work ethic with an ALL IN attitude Strong team player with the ability to adapt to diverse team members Ability to perform in a fast paced/high volume environment Confidential with a high level or discretion Excellent communication skills with internal team, customers, external vendors, and candidates Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills A high level of time management, accountability, and prioritization skills Self-motivated, goal- oriented, and driven to accomplish department goals and metrics Ability to be organized, problem solve, and be solution oriented Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) Experience with an ATS, Salesforce and/or Sage People experience a plus WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position operates out of corporate headquarters in an office environment, located at 18777 US Highway 66 Pacific, MO 63069 This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, projectors, copy/fax, and smartphones EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: 2 - 4 years of high volume/full cycle recruiting experience Experience recruiting in the construction industry is a plus, but not required High School Diploma or equivalent required ADB Companies, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
