What You Can Expect

  • Project manage all capital construction projects within your region in accordance with PMP and Marvell best practices.

  • Engage and manage international project management firms as the Marvell owner representative governing the projects.

  • Facilitate and/or resolve planning issues identified in the customer planning meetings.

  • Ensure planning is aligned with corporate guidelines, and that all scenarios maximize use of space.

  • Recommend, educate and enforce space policies/standards, procedures and protocols.

  • Participate in Audits (including financial, process, seat assignments, occupancy, vacancy, labs, & equipment.)

  • Assist in developing site-specific planning strategies with Senior Leadership.

  • As necessary, participate in project and move coordination planning meetings.

  • Build and present building specific stacking/re-stacking plans.

  • Report the current supply and capacity, and forecasts inventory changes for a rolling three-year timeframe.

  • Approved plans are used to develop scope for relocations, migrations, restacks, etc.

  • Responsible for working closely with various Corporate Real Estate & Workplace (CREW) teams and proving support, guidance, and oversight for projects from inception to completion.

  • Further the CREW project management tools development

  • Perform other duties as necessary

What We're Looking For

  • BS in Business, Real Estate or Engineering with a PMP certification preferred

  • Must be able to clearly articulate construction project requirements and outcomes

  • Oversee and lead multiple parallel projects in various time zones

  • Able to foresee and manage construction risk

  • Demonstrable ability to lead change within an organization

  • Service oriented

  • Lead teams without direct hierarchy, Strong influence skills

  • Monthly travel as needed to work sites

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

125,900 - 186,370, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.

This role is eligible for our hybrid work model in which you will be able to split time between working from home and on-site in a Marvell office.
