Bering Straits Information Technology, LLC, a subsidiary of Bering Straits Native Corporation is currently seeking a qualified Corporate Program Manager. This position will provide high-level program management of the INL/WHP FA4 Program.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Essential Duties and Responsibilities are intended to present a descriptive list of the range of duties performed for this position, and are not intended to reflect all duties performed within the job.
Advise and assist current and potential customers regarding the technical scope of the IDIQ contract;
Verify that the Contracting Officer soliciting and/or awarding task orders under this contract is authorized to do so;
Ensure that administrative functions are performed in a timely manner and in compliance with the contract and task order requirements;
Ultimate responsibility for ensuring that all reporting information required under this contract and resultant task orders are provided accurately, thoroughly, and timely;
Ultimate responsibility for ensuring that all contractual agreements, including modifications, are negotiated and expedited expeditiously;
Ultimate responsibility for ensuring that all task order invoicing is accurate and timely;
Participating in all Program Management Review (PMR) meetings and other meetings as scheduled.
QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION
Required (Minimum) Qualifications
Ten (10) years of experience in leading an effort of similar size, scope and complexity.
Must be able to obtain and maintain Secret level security clearance.
Must be able to be on-call 24 hrs/day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics
Previous experience supporting DOS highly desirable
Excellent customer interface, coordination, and organizational skills
Experience with MS SharePoint highly desirable
CMMI experience is highly desirable
Must be comfortable with MS Office tools
Must effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with management and peers
Ability to demonstrate independent judgment and the flexibility to accurately coordinate multiple projects

Job is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse and multi-line telephone system. The work described herein is primarily a modern office setting. Occasional travel may be required. During visits to areas of operations, may be exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions. Occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS
As a condition of employment, may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results to obtain access to military base. Must have reliable transportation to/from work a necessity and must be able to obtain access to military installations.
