The purpose of the job is to support the corporate planning efforts of the organization including strategic planning, business case analysis, peer group analysis, merger and acquisition analysis, and investor relations activity.


  • Provide support for the development and implementation of the organization's corporate finance and strategic planning activities. This will include the responsibility of developing and evaluating plans by business unit in order to ensure growth/profitability and make adjustments as necessary.

  • Assist the Manager of Corporate Finance in the implementation of the corporate merger and acquisition strategy. This will include analyzing data regarding potential acquisition candidates, including financial modeling, revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations regarding the impact of a merger/acquisition on the organization.

  • Support and enhance the Investor Relations activities of the organization. Responsibilities may include maintaining investor relations website, drafting financial earnings releases and investor presentations, and analysis of shareholder base.

  • Assist in the creation of strategic-related and financial-related materials and reports to support executive management and the board of director's decision making processes.


  • Extensive knowledge of financial models for quantification and development purposes

  • Strong knowledge of financial industry measurements and practices (banking, insurance and investments)

  • Advanced knowledge of problem solving logic

  • Knowledge of economics, banking, finance and financial markets

  • Ability to work with confidential information and maintain confidentiality in all circumstances

  • Exceptional quantitative and qualitative analytical skills

  • Advanced communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Ability to effectively utilize, communicate, and interpret industry terminology in written materials as needed

  • Advanced writing skills

  • Proven ability to use logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions to complex problems

  • Ability to create professional presentations of financial data gathered

  • Strong Spreadsheet, Presentation, and word processing skills

  • Strong organizational skills as well as the ability to anticipate potential issues and develop corresponding solutions

  • Possess initiative/self-motivation characteristics

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to shift priorities of projects quickly

  • Maturity and composure to interact with executives and senior management, as well as board directors

  • Four year college education in a business related field

  • At least 5 years of bank, financial services, or other related corporate work experience, with a strong emphasis in financial analysis

  • 2 or more years of Mergers and Acquisition and/or Investor Relations experience required

  • MBA, CPA, and/or CFA preferred

  • Financial Modeling experience required

Responsibilities for the successful candidate include: daily supervision of assigned ABA client programs, conducting behavioral assessments, individualized evidence-based behavioral intervention plan development, ongoing program evaluation, supervising and training clinicians, parent training, social skills training; problem-solving; collecting data, and writing reports. The candidate will emphasize and implement positive behavior approaches and evidence-based practices. Can provide supervision to the Behavior Analyst I, Assistant Behavior Analyst I, Behavior Technician II, and Behavior Technician I positions. Requirements: Master's Degree, Mississippi licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), and BCBA certification. Minimum two (2) years supervisory experience required. Minimum of two (2) years' experience working in a clinic, home, and school settings (5 years preferred). Experience providing Applied Behavior Analytic (ABA) services to individuals with Autism and related disabilities. Exceptional interpersonal skills; friendly, tactful, good negotiator, ability to influence/inspire others; Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; Demonstrated ability to thrive and perform in an ever-changing, fast-paced and demanding environment; Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in written work. Experience working in a behavioral health, human services or healthcare environment preferred. Must maintain BCBA certification/licensure status at both the national and state levels. Demonstrated competence working with children and families. Must demonstrate competence in writing program materials and completing reports for services provided. Computer skills required. Must be at least 21 years of age, have a valid Mississippi driver's license, a good driving record, proof of legally appropriate auto liability insurance, and must be willing to use personal vehicle for agency business. Personal vehicle must be in good working condition and must be available on a daily basis in order to appropriately carry out job duties.
