Job Summary

The Corporate Partner Engagement Coordinator will establish relationships with corporations and foster existing relationships to create partnerships that will result in increased enrollment. This position will conduct recruitment/enrollment activities and work closely with Academic Schools, Career and Technical Education (CTE), Continuing Ed & Professional Development (CEPD).

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Networks, builds and develops professional corporate relationships to elevate the brand and increase enrollment

  • Develops marketing plan for assigned territory in conjunction with District/Campus leadership and executes plan

  • Conducts dynamic professional development presentations and motivates prospective students to further their education

  • Ensures delivery of inquiry generating events, local partnerships, and enrollment conversion

  • Collaborates with Academic Schools, CTE, CEPD to ensure that a central repository for corporate contacts is established

  • Provides excellent solutions based service to corporate partners

  • Builds on existing relationships with corporate partners to foster recruitment and cohort learning opportunities

  • Provides pre-college advising to prospects that inquire about MDC and helps facilitate their admissions/enrollment process

  • Stays current with trends and initiatives within higher education and makes recommendations to marketing and enrollment

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • Master's degree from a regionally accredited institution and one (1) year of business sales to business development experience; or Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution and five (5) years of business sales to business development experience.

  • All degrees must be from a regionally accredited institution

  • Knowledge and understanding of College organization, goals and objectives, and policies and procedures

  • Demonstrated professionalism in working with corporate partners and decision makers

  • Experience cultivating business relationships

  • Ability to work independently with excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills

  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and result-oriented

  • Strategic and logical thinker able to provide creative solutions to complex problems

  • Persistent and flexible in utilizing different approaches to build and foster high value relationships

  • Technically savvy with competent proficiency utilizing MS office suite and a Customer Relations Management system

  • Ability to communicate persuasively and professionally both in written and oral formats

  • Ability to travel locally within Miami Dade County

  • Ability to work well in a multi-ethnic and multi-cultural environment with students, faculty, and staff

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends

You be responsible for direct coordination with country teams, host nation leader, and subordinate commanders throughout the supply chain management cycles to build and maintain interoperability between US and Strategic Partner Forces. More About the Role: You will have direct access to the ETTRIC (Emerging Threat Training Readiness Integration Center) for a complete understanding of emerging threats, the Army's Readiness goals, and related logistical requirements to enhance Army SOF's effectiveness against threat networks. As Strategic Partner Logistician you will: * Monitor and analyze strategic and operational information to advise on all strategic partner logistical matters. * Focus on property accountability, inventory, processes, and maps the equipment for each ASSC. * Perform specific functions include the purchasing, receiving, storing, packing, and coordinating the distribution of COTS and GOTS training equipment, training aids, ammunition, fuel, and vehicles. * Coordinate with supported command to ensure the requisition, storage, and delivery of all classes of material are handled in accordance with established regulations. * Develop and implement accountability, recovery, and maintenance for all vehicles and equipment. * Provide recommendations for deployed forces. " You'll Bring These Qualifications: * Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance. * 5 years of experience as a DoD logistician. * More than two years of relevant strategic partner experience within the assigned Army Component Command's AOR. * More than 2 years of military logistician experience within and operational command or above. (GCC or subordinate Component Command) * Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing. * Willing to conduct periodic travel within CONUS and OCONUS locations. * Willing to work rotating shifts if needed - that may include nights and weekends. These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have: * Bachelor's degree and three years of experience, or Associate degree and five years of experience, or 10 years of relevant work experience. * More than 10 years of military experience, and/or a combination of military and Inter-Agency experience, and familiar with military campaigns operating in the "Grey Zone" or below the level of armed conflict. * Experience providing operational briefings at the O6-07 level.
