Corporate Paralegal
We are seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join the Crane NXT Legal Department. The position will be based out of our Stamford, CT corporate office and will report to the Deputy General Counsel or his designee. We have a hybrid work schedule and encourage a healthy balance of office and remote work, with a minimum of 3 days/week in the office.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with M&A transactions, including legal diligence, assisting with deal closing, and follow on actions arising internally from the closed transaction
Assist with the management of outside counsel legal billing and invoicing, including potential implementation of invoice and billing software
Support legal entity management, including maintaining corporate records in hCue or other electronic database, preparing corporate resolutions, managing foreign qualifications, responding to internal requests for subsidiary information, obtaining and filing various executions and managing the resolution and document signature process
Engage directly to help manage and track various litigation matters and insurance claims
Assist with records and organization of materials as needed
Partner with members of the Legal Department on other projects as necessary
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree with at least 3.6/4.0 GPA or at least 2 years of corporate paralegal experience in-house or at a top-tier corporate law firm
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational, written and verbal skills
Self-starter who is adept at project management, and can meet deadlines with quality work product
Ability to prioritize tasks based on relative importance and urgency
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Familiarity with or ability to learn subsidiary management software (hCue) or other software packages as required
Cheerful can-do attitude, willing to learn and pitch in as a member of a close and collaborative team
