Position Purpose: Participate in a two to three year rotation program working with senior executives on business initiatives and projects. Assignments may include financial modeling, operational analysis, due diligence and business or strategic initiatives.
Perform qualitative and quantitative financial and data analysis
Create, evaluate and lead various strategic initiatives in conjunction with government and health care operational leaders. Lead teams in providing unique business solutions
Develop new business strategies for national health care initiatives
Assist in due diligence and integration processes
Manage the full project life cycle for assigned projects including requirements gathering, creation of project plans and schedules, obtaining and managing resources, managing budget, and facilitating project execution, deployment and closure
Monitor the creation of all project deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards including design documents, test plans, training materials, and operations documentation
Able to travel and willing to relocate
Education/Experience: Master of Business Administration degree and 3-5 years of post-undergraduate, professional work experience.
Strong financial and analytical skills and/or experience. Fortune 500 or consulting experience a plus. Proven record of achievement, demonstrated ability to lead and manage people, ability to strategically analyze complex issues, effective and persuasive communication skills and project management skills or experience. Previous healthcare and/or management experience directly supervising staff a plus.
