Corporate - Oil & Gas Associate Attorney - (Junior-To-Mid-Level) - Houston

AM Law 100 Firm's Houston office is seeking associates to join its Corporate - Oil & Gas practice.

Requirements

• Experience: Associates will be expected to advise corporate strategic and private equity clients in connection with acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures in the upstream and midstream sectors, oil and gas-related commercial contracts, carbon capture and sequestration projects, other similar transactions and general matters relating to oil and gas law. Candidates must have significant experience handling upstream and midstream M&A transactions, a good understanding of oil and gas and real property law and market terms and substantial experience in drafting transaction documents and effective deal management.
• 3 to 5 years of experience
• The expected annual pay range for this position is $260,000 - $390,000.
