We are looking for a Corporate Marketing Specialist to join our Corporate Marketing team. Our preference is for the position to be in our Londonderry, NH.

Job Description:

Reporting to the Manager, Corporate Communications, the Corporate Marketing Specialist role at EFI is cross-disciplined, requiring expertise (or the ability to quickly develop expertise) in a variety of areas. Candidate must have the ability to plan, organize, monitor, and execute multiple Corporate Marketing projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines, in addition to the specific requirements listed below.

  • Execute and/or support Powerpoint projects, from simple to complex, from multiple requestors across the company.

  • Support ongoing quarterly newsletters by writing and proofing articles, as well as html coding and placing content within pre-designed template(s).

  • Initiate and manage the technical aspects of online marketing strategies and programs that drive leads and generate awareness for EFI.

  • Support marketing team by developing and deploying a variety of Internet marketing vehicles such as e-mail broadcasts, newsletters, and surveys through the marketing automation platform.

  • Manage email marketing programs including the setup and scheduling of email campaigns for lead generation.

  • Support Corporate Marketing efforts on a by-project basis.

  • Creates, manages, and grows business presence across social media channels, including, but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, business administration a plus, or equivalent work experience dealing with marketing automation, communications, and social media.

  • 2-3 years experience in marketing or communications role.

  • Excellent writing skills.

  • Highly skilled across the Microsoft Office suite, with an emphasis on Powerpoint. Understanding of presentation design and color projection.

  • Skilled across the Adobe Creative suite (or the proven ability to learn such software). Knowledge of HTML and generally technology-savvy.

  • Experience with (or a genuine interest in learning) email marketing, marketing automation, and campaign management software and automation tools. (, marketing automation software, such as Neolane, Eloqua, Marketo experience a plus).

  • Knowledge of media strategy and planning options and the media role in integrated communication.

  • Fast learner, highly-motivated self-starter, team-oriented.

  • Position will sit in Londonderry, NH.

VIEW JOBS 12/9/2019 12:00:00 AM 2020-03-08T00:00 Sr. Manager, Global Marketing Communications, will be responsible for managing the overall Molecular Devices portfolio of products and brands, and building out and executing an integrated communications strategy and supporting processes, including digital and industry-specific social media efforts. He or she will develop new team capabilities and partner with the franchise product marketing teams to build and elevate communication strategies consistent with product and business objectives. The ideal candidate should be well versed in cutting edge communications and digital strategies to drive brand and product awareness. He or she should able to lead a diverse cross-functional group and be able to develop and deliver a strategic and tactical plan based on input from both internal and external stakeholders. The position reports to the Senior Director Global Marketing. Key Responsibilities • Develop and lead a marketing communications team to position Molecular Devices products as a leader in each of our target markets. • Create key communications strategies, including portfolio positioning, messaging, digital and social channels and PR to build and enhance the corporate and product brands and achieve company objectives. • Develop a digital strategy and infrastructure, including web properties, campaign management and social media strategy to create a world class customer experience. • Effectively influence, align, and collaborate with key functions, particularly Global Product Marketing, Regional Marketing and Sales, Regulatory, R&D and Legal. • Assist in all aspects of the brand including strategy, tactical implementation, and messaging to help drive profitability. • Manage resources to deliver on New Opportunity Generation Targets each year. • Measure, monitor, evaluate and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs to key stakeholders in order to inform investment decisions • Partner with commercial teams on event strategy and planning for key internal and external events to ensure consistent and appropriate corporate and brand messaging. • Work with Europe, Japan, and China regions to enable them to drive growth in their region. #LI-SL1. • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, knowledge of life science workflows and research a plus. • 8 plus years of related work experience. • Experience managing a complex launch and cross functionally with applications and product marketing preferred. • Demonstrated creativity in the execution of multi-channel communications and marketing campaigns. • Experience managing people preferred. • Experience in biotechnology or life science related marketing a plus.
