Corporate Marketing Designer

The Role in Brief:

The Corporate Marketing Designer will develop engaging content and create new visual assets - from initial project discovery to execution and delivery - to support the business development and client success teams. The ideal candidate will design for both digital and print needs.

Candidates for this position will be charged with crafting multi-channel content to support the acquisition of new partners as well as keep existing partners updated and engaged.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage your creative skills to design clear, compelling, eye-catching visuals that convey MARKETview's value proposition to current and prospective partners.

• Ensure all collateral aligns with MARKETview's brand identity and appeals to our target audience.

• Collaborate with copywriters and other marketing team members to develop promotional pieces to support each stage of our buyer's journey from awareness to retention/loyalty.

• Create various design collateral such as:

• Email templates

• Social media content

• Print mailers

• Conference exhibit materials

• Infographics, eBooks, and content downloads

• Case studies

• Product slicks and one-pagers

• Landing pages and website graphics

• Ad collateral for LinkedIn/Google Display/Meta and other traditional outlets

• Bring a results-oriented mindset to every project.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's in arts, graphic design, web design, or related field or design certification.

• 1-3 years of graphic design experience.

• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva. Animation/motion graphics and video editing a plus.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, highly collaborative team environment.

• Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and excellent time management skills.

• Please provide a portfolio or work samples showcasing compelling design and design systems, layout, typography, and/or image generation.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience designing for digital channels (web sites, social media, email).

• Experience with direct marketing and/or performance marketing a plus.

• Advertising/Marketing agency or brand experience.
