The position is responsible for primarily assisting the Real Money Gaming (RMG) Licensing Supervisor manage, maintain, and develop processes for all RMG gaming jurisdictional requirements for the licensing of Roxor, Roxor Gibraltar, NeoGames Group, ATGS and any other entity required to file as related to RMG and Aristocrat Licensing as required. The position will liaise with Regulatory Authorities and internal business partners and is also responsible to ensure Corporate, and Key employee applications are filed to meet regulatory timelines.

What You'll Do

  • Corporate licensing resource for new RMG and Sports Betting entities.

  • Maintain and run various reports via ArdentSky Compliance Calendars to ensure jurisdictions are assigned as required by the Submit by Deadline date.

  • Assists the RMG Licensing Supervisor to process corporate and business license applications (initial and renewals) as required by Native American Tribes and State Gaming Regulatory Authorities (hereinafter referred "Regulatory Authorities") for relevant markets.

  • Interacts daily with Regulatory Authorities in coordinating the receipt, preparation, and submission of company and Key Persons applications to meet strict Regulatory Authority submission and business deadlines.

  • Builds working relationships with other departments to collect corporate and individual information required to complete gaming applications.

  • Expeditiously processes requests by Regulatory Authorities for additional information, documentation, and fees (investigative or other) for the company and Key Persons in order to obtain/renew the company's gaming licenses.

  • Primary resource for Executives to make the licensing process as effortless as possible.

  • Interfaces with Key Persons to collect corporate and individual information of an extremely confidential and sensitive nature.

  • Updates and generates Key Persons financial schedules as required.

  • Maintains all company and Key Persons documents with the highest level of confidentiality (Gaming Applications, Fingerprint Cards, Driver's License, Social Security Cards, Birth Certificates, and other related documents)

  • Monitors the day to day licensing process (i.e.: review applications for completion, track status and submissions to Regulatory Authorities).

  • Researches, communicates, and provides updates to the Licensing team regarding gaming license requirements set in place by Regulatory Authorities for relevant markets.

  • Keeps department management appropriately informed of filing deadlines and ongoing activity as directed by department management, including critical matters regarding licensing compliance.

  • Develops and maintain effective working relationships with Regulatory Authorities to ensure ATI remains in good standing including attendance at training workshops etc.

  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned by department management.

  • Maintains organized files for all Corporate and Executive filings and related documentation/information.

  • Notarize documents as required

  • Licensing data entry

What We're Looking For

  • Must have experience in the Gaming Industry

  • 2-3 year's experience with RMG (Real Money Gaming) licensing regulations

  • Must be proficient with ArdentSky

  • Demonstrable skills in Microsoft Office Suite; PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, proficient in Adobe Acrobat.

  • Important skills sets to have in this role are attention to detail, able to multi-task, meat deadlines, adept at planning and organizing and maintaining confidentiality

  • As a team we are looking for someone who will be customer focused, dependable, excellent interpersonal skills, and a team player

  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

$26.95-$50.04

Pay Rate Type

Hourly

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
