What You'll Do
Prepares accounting reports and assists with general accounting duties
Records, reconciles, and balances transactions in accounting systems/software
Maintains and updates accounts receivable and/or payable documentation as necessary
May process accounts receivable payments and create and distribute payment receipts
Monitors and directs or responds to general accounting email inquiries
Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information
Performs data entry
Maintains historical records by scanning and filing documents
Completes and updates W-9 forms and credit applications
Other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
High School diploma or GED, BS preferred
3 - 4 years of Accounting Clerk or related experience required
