The Corporate IT Recruiter is an individual contributor that will be responsible for performing FEI's full life-cycle recruiting processes as well as performing all other related tasks of a potentially confidential nature. This job requires technical recruitment experience with a focus on Information Technology and software development areas, the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with changing priorities, strong written and verbal communication abilities, proven organizational skills, and initiative, all of which to be balanced with the use of sound judgment.
We have been growing our corporate headcount at an annual rate of 20-30% for the past 10 years. We are looking for a person that wants to grow their career as the company grows. Do you have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT Recruiting qualifying Software Developers, QA Analysts, Business Analysts, and other IT positions as needed? Preferably in Healthcare IT solutions?
We need you to manage, support and maintain FEI's recruitment process in order to meet the various staffing needs and goals across all levels of the organization.
We want you to build strong relationships and partner with the hiring managers, business leaders and human resources to communicate candidate flow and resource needs of the organization. We will work with you to develop these relationships. We have strong and seasoned organizational leadership throughout our company.
Do you have experience evaluating a job description and working with the hiring manager to identify the key points to assess candidate strengths related to a technical position?
Are you secure in your ability to schedule and conduct phone screens and accurately assess a technical candidates abilities to perform to a posted job description?
Tell us about your proven experience meeting deadlines for candidate submittals to meet project needs.
In the past have you worked with third-party staffing vendors selecting only the top-rated qualified candidates?
Do you have experience direct sourcing candidates? Please provide examples.
Do you have the ability to make a decision on the selection of a candidate for a position and support your reason for the selection?
Do you have the ability to be fluid as staffing priorities change?
You must have prior experience working with an Applicant Tracking System to input candidate information, candidate progress through interviewing stages, and extending an offer.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
Understanding of Microsoft development and Microsoft tools.
Clear understanding of beginning to end recruitment lifecycle process.
