ABOUT THE JOB:

Headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, WillScot Mobile Mini is industry leader in modular space and portable storage solutions with a growing network that includes over 240 locations and multiple shared service centers throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico. We have the largest fleet, with over 400,000 units available for lease. We have more than 800 vehicles ready to deliver when and where customers need them, with over 5,100 local experts standing by ready to help customers accomplish their goals. WillScot Mobile Mini's 2024 Summer Internship Program offers current students a challenging job assignment in a fast-paced environment to drive solutions to maximize shareholder value. We are looking for analytical and creative thinkers who collaborate effectively with our team members to evaluate important questions and clearly communicate their findings to key decision makers. Internship opportunities include, but are not limited to, assignments in:

• Sales

• Marketing

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

As an intern with WillScot Mobile Mini, your responsibilities will vary depending on which vertical within the organization you are assigned. In this role you will work closely with the internal team to consistently deliver on sales, marketing, business objectives, campaigns, and other relevant platforms while maximizing effectiveness and performance. The ideal candidates for these intern roles will be able to multitask, pivot, and stay organized.

• Assisting with day-to-day operations of the department

• Utilize a consultative approach to present new and existing customers with the WillScot Mobile Mini value proposition

• Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing creative ideas.

• Analyzing data and preparing reports to track key performance metrics.

• Assisting in the development and implementation of departmental projects as well as help drive our company strategies and campaigns to promote our Mission, Vision, and Value

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams on various projects

• Analyzing long-term organic and inorganic growth opportunities

• Developing integration and long-term growth strategy for adjacent acquisitions

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Full-time undergraduates at a four-year college or pursuing an MBA with strong economic and financial analysis skills (for MBA Internship)

• Able to complete a minimum 10 continuous week internship

• Able to work 20-30 hours per week (these hours could vary depending on department)

• Proficient in the Microsoft Suite

• Ability to work independently and efficiently as well on a collaborative team

• Strong self-starter and team player who brings a positive attitude to work and is enthusiastic about day-to-day activities

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage effectively
