Noble House Hotels and Resorts owns, manages, or operates a portfolio of 20+ luxury, independent hotels and resorts around the country and Mexico. We are seeking a Corporate Human Resources Manager that will be a part of our Corporate Human Resources Team. This role work on-site in the Corporate Office based in Kirkland, WA; however, there is room for flexibility hybrid when needed.

The Job:
The Corporate Human Resources Manager will provide direct support to the Corporate Director of Talent Acquisition, Corporate Director of HR, and SVP of HR. This role will be the departmental representative for all corporate team members as well as assist with initiatives for the property HR teams. Functions will include corporate recruitment, training, performance management, payroll, and compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
Requirements
To be successful as the Corporate Human Resources Manager, you will need:
Minimum of 5 years of Hotel/Resort HR experience, preferably in a generalist role
Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
Prefer a bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
SHRM or HRCI certification a plus

Salary Description
$90,000 to $95,000 + Bonus
