Partner with HR director to identify people priorities and solutions to business challenges for the organization/client group
Lead talent management activities and workforce planning to ensure a strong and diverse pipeline of talent for the organization/client group
Provide leadership coaching and support team effectiveness efforts with client group
Support change management and employee engagement efforts
Work with team to manage employee issues by mediating conflicts, conducting investigations and reaching appropriate resolutions
Manage and drive multiple HR programs in a fast paced, complex and matrixed business environment
You own this if you have...
A Bachelor's degree
7-10+ years direct applicable HR experience partnering with business leaders and/or HR Specialist Teams to drive strategic and effective people outcomes
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with an ability to apply quantitative analysis to HR outcomes and use data to influence and drive decisions
Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to tailor message accordingly to a variety of audiences
Experience leading change management efforts for organizations undergoing large scale transformation
A Masters or advanced degree (preferred)
A presence that inspires trust and openness amongst colleagues and clients
Comfortable 'owning' the details and driving execution as well as mapping out broader talent strategies. This position requires both leading and "doing"
Business acumen and demonstrated interest in fashion and ecommerce
