The ideal Corporate HR Manager directly partners with the business to design and implement programs that tie back to the business strategy. Your business acumen, interpersonal skills and ability to make data driven decisions and recommendations will be critical.

Aday in the life...

  • Partner with HR director to identify people priorities and solutions to business challenges for the organization/client group

  • Lead talent management activities and workforce planning to ensure a strong and diverse pipeline of talent for the organization/client group

  • Provide leadership coaching and support team effectiveness efforts with client group

  • Support change management and employee engagement efforts

  • Work with team to manage employee issues by mediating conflicts, conducting investigations and reaching appropriate resolutions

  • Manage and drive multiple HR programs in a fast paced, complex and matrixed business environment

You own this if you have...

  • A Bachelor's degree

  • 7-10+ years direct applicable HR experience partnering with business leaders and/or HR Specialist Teams to drive strategic and effective people outcomes

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with an ability to apply quantitative analysis to HR outcomes and use data to influence and drive decisions

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to tailor message accordingly to a variety of audiences

  • Experience leading change management efforts for organizations undergoing large scale transformation

  • A Masters or advanced degree (preferred)

  • A presence that inspires trust and openness amongst colleagues and clients

  • Comfortable 'owning' the details and driving execution as well as mapping out broader talent strategies. This position requires both leading and "doing"

  • Business acumen and demonstrated interest in fashion and ecommerce

VIEW JOBS 2/28/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-05-29T00:00 Description Summary Under the direction of the Human Resources Director, this position will be responsible for various complex administrative and support functions within the Human Resources Department which may include any or all of the following: applicant and new hire processing, HRIS system administration, data input and integrity, ad-hoc report preparation, employee data collection, recruitment support and file maintenance. Primary Duties May perform any or all of the following, depending on specific assignment: * Inputs data into HRIS including new hire, pay changes, transfers and promotional changes. * Routinely prepares regular and ad hoc reports to support agency and department operations and performance, based on the requestor's specifications. * Administers onboarding process for new hires; provides new hire orientation for new employees; inspects documentation and license information; establishes employee file. * Performs personnel file maintenance and auditing. Assists managers in creating mock files for residential sites as necessary. Prepares files for audit as necessary. * May assist with organizing agency events and administering employee tenure awards. * Provides administrative support to the HR Director and assists the department with distributing HR Department mail, filing and other support duties as required. * Processes and tracks background screenings for applicants, volunteers and interns. * Schedules and conducts Exit Interviews including processing terminations in the system. * Manages data integrity and maintains the agency's system for values, codes, tables, etc., ensuring consistency of data across the Company. Regularly performs internal and external system audits to ensure data integrity and efficient processing of HR data. Requirements * A Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and/or equivalent work experience preferred. * Strong organizational skills, project management, and excellent communication skills. * Advanced computer knowledge and skills in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Outlook. * A commitment to team objectives and Didi Hirsch philosophies. * Ability to adapt to changing needs by acquiring new skills and knowledge. * Current California driver's license and a driving record acceptable to the Agency's insurance carrier. These requirements are typically met by a combination of education and experience that includes a college degree or certification in human resources (i.e., SHRM), and two or more years of increasingly responsible human resources experience, preferably in a nonprofit environment.
