JOB SUMMARYSupports the functionality and maintenance of the human resource management system in addition to other systems used by the HR team. The HRIS analyst assists with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing and maintaining data flows. The HRIS analyst is expected to be a deep subject matter expert on HR business process, HR business systems and data.


  • Assists with the review, testing and implementation of HR System upgrades or patches. Maintains system integrity through various audits, routine configuration tasks, reporting and data clean-up.

  • Maintain HR systems by creating/modifying workflows, reports and other business-side configurable functionality.

  • Provides support and consultation to field HR staff through training, researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws. Performs scheduled activities and recommends solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.

  • Writes, maintains and supports reports or queries using various reporting tools. May utilize internal and external reporting systems, such as 3rd party HR System and benefit vendor software.

  • Develops user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Provides training to end users as needed.

  • Recommends process improvements, solutions, and/or policy changes.

  • Develops and maintains relationships with third parties and internal stakeholders (finance, I.T., payroll and benefits).

  • May be responsible for system administrator duties ensuring security protocols are in place and maintained.

  • Performs independent research and knowledge gathering through pro-active exploration of vendor sites and technical manuals.

  • Maintains current and in-depth knowledge of HR business processes and regulatory and labor requirements that impact technical systems.


  • Deep understanding of HR and Payroll processes and technology.

  • Planning/organizing: the individual prioritizes and plans work activities, uses time


  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent; and 3 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Experience with enterprise HR management system. Infor/Infinium preferred, iCIMS recruiting software.


  • Human Resources Certifications Preferred

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain licensing in all jurisdictions in which the company operates.

JOB SUMMARY/OVERVIEW The Staff Accountant is responsible for reconciliation of assigned accounts. The accountant will apply principles of accounting to perform account reconciliations, analyze financial information, perform month-end close, and prepare financial reports for internal use and as assigned for external auditors. Staff accountant is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and professionalism of their work, complying with all accounting policies, related GAAP, and related policies. Staff accountant is responsible for understanding the SOX requirements for their work product. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES * Prepare journal entries and monthly balance sheet account reconciliations, accurately, complete, and compliant with all policies. * Ensure compliance with SOX controls and requirements, accuracy, completeness, and evidence. * Research account activity and evaluate whether entries are required. * Determine that account balances are reflective of the proper financial position of the company. * Recommend improvements, adaptations, or revisions in the accounting system and procedures. * Identify, develop, and implement process improvements. * Interact with other departments to identify transaction accuracy, resolve issues, and gather information required for audits or SOX. * Interpret the meaning of accounting records, reports, and statements, ensuring the completeness of the information being interpreted. * Write explanations for account fluctuations, providing a clear understanding of the transaction, timing of any adjustments, and other pertinent information. * Prepare audit and SOX requests as assigned. * Read and understand policies and procedures in areas of responsibility. * Provide support to finance management and other internal customers as needs arise, including ad-hoc financial analysis, and special projects. * Perform statistical analyses to determine trends, estimates, and significant changes, and write narrative reports explaining findings. * Analyze financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and capital, and prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports to summarize and interpret current and projected company financial position for other managers. * Determine proper handling of financial transactions and certify transactions within designated limits. * Monitor compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures. * Review, investigate, and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports. * Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager's discretion.
