Job Description Job Description Join Our Team at Forrest Solutions Position: Hospitality Associate Shift: 10am-7pm (40 hours/week) What You’ll Do : As a Hospitality / Office Services Associate, you will be responsible for creating a top-tier office experience for our team.

This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly and efficiently. You will: Maintain clean and well-stocked pantries and conference rooms, ensuring an inviting environment.

Oversee office supplies, stocking snacks, beverages, and managing inventory. Handle mail services, including sorting, distribution, and making mail runs. Ensure the cleanliness of conference rooms and the overall office space.

Manage email requests and tickets with responsiveness and professionalism. Collaborate with vendors, building management, and facilities teams to maintain office functionality. Set up IT equipment for new hires and provide troubleshooting support for printers and toners.

What You’ll Bring : To succeed in this role, we’re looking for someone with: 3 years of Office Services/Management/Facilities experience . 2 years in a client-facing, corporate environment . Proficiency with mail services and ticketing systems . Strong skills in Outlook , and effective time management. A positive, professional demeanor with a “white glove” hospitality mindset. Excellent organizational, communication, and multi-tasking abilities.
