As the Corporate High-Volume Talent Acquisition Advisor , you will support the company's mission, culture, and goals by ensuring positions are filled quickly with qualified candidates while minimizing the use of external agencies.

The Corporate High-Volume Talent Acquisition Advisor will partner closely with senior leaders, hiring managers, talent acquisition team, HR business partners, candidates, and vendors to ensure department goals are met without interruption while minimizing advertising costs and the length of time a position is open. The Advisor manages the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting.

What you will be doing:

  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to gain insights into position and department needs and provide updates on progress and pipelines

  • Continually grow a pipeline of qualified candidates through constant networking, mining, and managing of candidates and referrals; analyze results and adapt strategy accordingly

  • Create and sustain relationships with key educational institutions, professional associations, individuals, and organizations in the community to use as recruiting sources, including diversity organizations

  • Maintain the corporate interviewing process and coordinate the application process via ATS including to meet OFCCP and company audit requirements: retrieval of, response to, tracking of, and forwarding of all applications, interviews, and resumes to appropriate Hiring Managers

  • Serve as a professional representative of the company representing our culture and promoting Bright Horizons as an employer of choice

  • Maintain established systems and standards for interviewing, hiring, and applicant tracking

  • Leverage Succession Planning Programs to ensure that internal candidates are considered for appropriate openings

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • 3+ years of previous high volume recruiting experience required

  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office and ATS/HRIS systems

  • Skilled with social media recruitment strategies; proficient in the use of LinkedIn or LinkedIn Recruiter

  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Job Duties: Primary Purpose of Position: As a key member of the Global Talent Acquisition COE the purpose of this role is to lead a North and Central America Talent Acquisition COE, ensuring the region is focused on acquiring talent for current and future business requirements. Accountable for design, development, and delivery of Regional TA processes, programs, and tools to assess and acquire talent that has an impact at the individual, team, and organizational level. Establish innovative approaches to talent acquisition that will increase overall organizational bench strength and foster a strategic recruiting mindset across North and Central America. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: * Develops and executes a comprehensive North and Central America Talent Acquisition strategy focused on vendor relations, technology, people leadership, and creative sourcing methods to identify high potential, diverse talent for hard to fill positions, high volume hourly plant roles, internships, and co-ops in an efficient, effective and timely manner. * Proactively manages and develops a TA team of 4-8 people, reporting directly to the Director of Global Talent Acquisition, focused on high volume plant recruiting, strategic leadership roles, internships, and co-ops which consists of TA Specialists and support staff including any Contingent Workers (CWR) or Recruitment Process Outsourcers (RPO's). * Actively establishes Ball as an employer of choice while championing our Global Employee Value Proposition within the geographies in which we actively recruit. * Actively positions the TA function as a Center of Expertise with hiring managers and the HR organization. * Responsible for building, utilizing and optimizing Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors). * Leads the TA team to proactively source key talent pools via leading social media tools such as LinkedIn and beyond to establish qualified candidate pipelines for all roles. * Manages the applicant lifecycle of select senior level roles from the sourcing of candidates through the application; interviewing, offer letter process, and on-boarding. Is accountable for the effective implementation of TA processes in accordance with practices, policies, EEO, OFCCP, HIPPA, and other legal requirements. * Responsible for bringing recruiting best practices, latest techniques, and industry trends to the department; continuously looks at process improvement/creating efficiencies and tools to enhance the TA experience from multiple external and internal stakeholders. * Responsible for building a best in class candidate experience, while upholding a strong Employee Value Proposition. * Ensures all North and Central America TA processes are integrated effectively with related HR processes and executed in a timely fashion. * Develops strategies for career events, conferences, and community job fairs; participates as appropriate. * Identifies key performance indicators/relevant metrics; analyzes data, and adjusts processes when needed. * Ensures Intern Program is managed–process, sourcing, recruiting, coordination of internal departments, on-boarding, actual program, final presentation/banquet, etc. * Acts as the regional subject matter expert as it relates to talent acquisition processes, serving as a resource and consultant to the T&OD, HRBP, Global Mobility, and hiring manager community. * Leads the identification, negotiation and management of North and Central America based TA vendors to enhance or supplement TA processes, ensuring cost and process efficiency * Provides recruitment counsel and guidance to HR Leadership and functional Business Unit leaders regarding marketplace employment trends, compensation, skills/attributes, target companies, interview processes, offer negotiations, and assessment methods Position Requirements: * Broad training in a related field usually acquired through college level education or work-related experience. * Job related experience for 7-10 year(s) or more as a TA professional with significant autonomy and scope of responsibilities in the area of TA. * Experience in managing direct reports of TA professionals and support staff. * Experience in developing and scaling recruitment strategies as necessary based on business requirements * Experience managing an RPO preferred. * Experience with a broad scope of cloud based applicant tracking systems, preferably SuccessFactors. * Experience in bringing TA best practices to improve sourcing and pipelining; experience in developing and executing a successful sourcing model. * Experience in negotiating and managing comprehensive contracts with vendors/suppliers related to TA. * Strong knowledge of the following areas: * EEO, OFCCP, employment practices * Sourcing/purchasing principles, practices, nomenclature, and procedures * HR principles, practices, nomenclature, and procedures * Generally accepted managerial practices and procedures * Business acumen * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; exceptional presentation skills; ability to lead group discussions * 15% of travel Demonstrated Ball Leadership Skills Inspire * Inspirational Role Model - Understands themselves and seeks opportunities to learn.
