We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our corporate gifting team as a Corporate Gifting Supply Chain Manager. The Corporate Gifting team at Awardco is responsible for the creation and fulfillment of custom physical goods options relating to anniversary, safety, and performance awards programs. To accomplish this, the Corporate Gifting team is responsible for sourcing service awards and employee awards inventory, processing customer orders with our manufacturing and 3PL partners, and maintaining the quality of the award fulfillment experience for our clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing these manufacturing and 3PL relationships. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination between Awardco and these partners. You will manage a team of in-house corporate gifting operations specialists and will be responsible for the development of the corporate gifting function's internal operations procedures and order placement processes.

What you will do:

  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain a strong partnership with our gifting partners, serving as the primary point of contact for all communication and collaboration. Where necessary, join client calls/on-sites to provide additional context and expertise in the logistics of program fulfillment.

  • Corporate Gifting Operations: Manage and develop an internal team of operations specialists dedicated to the support of fulfillment procedures.

  • Operational Oversight : Oversee all aspects of the logistics process, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of corporate gifts.

  • Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements within the logistics workflow, working closely with gifting partners and internal stakeholders to implement improvements.

  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects related to logistics and supply chain management, from planning and execution to evaluation and continuous improvement.

  • Data Analysis: Analyze logistics data and performance metrics to identify trends, address issues, and drive informed decision-making.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or a related field

  • Preference for candidates with a graduate degree

  • Proven experience (5 years) in logistics and supply chain management, with a focus on third-party logistics.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion.

  • Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.

  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
