Scope
Houlihan Lokey is seeking an Experienced Hire (Lateral) Recruiter to support the hiring needs across all Corporate Functions (e.g. HR, Legal & Compliance, IT, Admin, etc) in the US. As an integral part of HL's Human Capital team, you will play a critical role in managing end to end hiring activity for junior to midlevel positions for corporate functions, ensuring an exemplary recruitment service to these teams.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:-
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for junior to mid-level roles: from sourcing, through to interview and candidate management, and offer negotiations
Work alongside senior recruiters and stakeholders to manage high volume pipeline of candidate interview scheduling
Maintain a standardized and consistent approach to recruitment processes and develop appropriate sourcing strategies specific to team and regional needs
Build and manage talent pipelines for future hiring needs and hard to fill roles
Communicate clearly and regularly with stakeholders on progress against hiring targets and other key talent acquisition initiatives
Partner with the broader HR team, and others as needed, to deliver a recruitment experience that optimizes candidate experience and employer brand
Maintain relationships with third party recruitment partners on our preferred supplier list (PSL), and ensure their compliance to internal policy & procedure
Establish and maintain excellent relationships with key business stakeholders of all levels, acting as subject matter adviser on recruitment initiatives
Maintain external networks to stay informed of market intelligence and understand industry trends and competitive dynamics
Ensure Workday (ATS) is updated regularly and accurately
Basic Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Human Resources or similar natured field)
At least 2 years of in-house recruitment experience, managing the full recruitment lifecycle for experienced hires
Demonstrable direct sourcing/talent pipelining experience
Experience of scheduling a high volume of interviews with candidates and hiring managers across multiple time zones
Demonstrable experience in building relationships across all levels with strong negotiation and influencing skills
Experience in providing an exceptional candidate experience and developing and driving diverse candidate attraction strategies
Highly organized with a pro-active mind-set
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prior ATS experience, Workday experience will be advantageous
Preferred Qualifications/Requirements
Prior experience in recruiting for corporate functions
Prior experience in recruiting roles into the US
Up to date knowledge of recruitment best practices
Salary Range
Houlihan Lokey is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive total compensation package, which may include other components such as discretionary incentive compensation. The firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible salary range for this role at the time of posting is:
$80,000.00-$100,000.00
Actual salary at the time of hire may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant qualifications, skills, and experience and the location where this position may be filled.
