  • AP to work out of our Harrisburg, PA office.

The Corporate Financial Coordinator

  • AP is responsible for supporting the department to include, but not limited to, accurate processing of daily and monthly financial transactions for Keystone Human Services and its subsidiaries, also identifying and communicating concerns and/or recommendations to the Accounts Payable Manager.

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to -

  • Enters supplier invoices submitted by Corporate departments, including those that require special handling or reporting

  • Manages the AP Department email address

  • Processes settlement runs and prepares checks for distribution

  • Submits positive pay files and ACH totals

  • Sets up suppliers and completes related tasks for compliance

  • Maintains W-9 information and assists in preparation of the annual 1099 filing

  • Acts as administrator and assists in purchase card maintenance

  • Processes bank deposits

  • Assists with year-end processes

  • Collaborates with the Accounts Payable Manager in creating and maintaining the department's procedural manual(s)

Qualified candidates will have a High School diploma and at least two years of Finance/Accounting experience. Working knowledge of accounts payables. Not-for-profit experience preferred. Accuracy in processing transactions, organizing, navigating and meeting various accounting/finance tasks and deadlines required. Ability to problem solve, collaborate/communicate effectively, and work in a team environment. Ability to learn and apply computer skills, including, but not limited to Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and web based systems and applications. Must be proficient with financial spreadsheet functions.

Document results, feedback and lessons learned on each intervention.</li> <li>Prepare and present information about Kepro to both state and national stakeholder organizations based on Kepro operational needs and contract requirements. </li> <li>Develop relationships with key Medicaid and Medicare stakeholders to understand their unique needs and perspectives on Kepro solution areas.</li> <li>Contribute to the Request for Proposal process by conducting research about the project in question and providing best practice recommendations for stakeholder engagement. </li> <li>Implement stakeholder advisory councils as needed to obtain actionable feedback from stakeholders to improve Kepro’s program operations. </li> <li>Work with operations on multiple projects and collaborate with project teams to plan stakeholder outreach to aid and assist Kepro operational teams. Document results, feedback and lessons learned from each intervention.</li> <li>Represents Kepro at meetings with potential partners (e.g. Health Departments, medical societies) where potential interventions are discussed.
