The Corporate Financial Coordinator
Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to -
Enters supplier invoices submitted by Corporate departments, including those that require special handling or reporting
Manages the AP Department email address
Processes settlement runs and prepares checks for distribution
Submits positive pay files and ACH totals
Sets up suppliers and completes related tasks for compliance
Maintains W-9 information and assists in preparation of the annual 1099 filing
Acts as administrator and assists in purchase card maintenance
Processes bank deposits
Assists with year-end processes
Collaborates with the Accounts Payable Manager in creating and maintaining the department's procedural manual(s)
Qualified candidates will have a High School diploma and at least two years of Finance/Accounting experience. Working knowledge of accounts payables. Not-for-profit experience preferred. Accuracy in processing transactions, organizing, navigating and meeting various accounting/finance tasks and deadlines required. Ability to problem solve, collaborate/communicate effectively, and work in a team environment. Ability to learn and apply computer skills, including, but not limited to Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and web based systems and applications. Must be proficient with financial spreadsheet functions.
