Own and develop sell side model for the company (based on KPI Metrics)
Design financial models and analyze historical, current, and projected financial data for use in planning, forecasting, and management decision making
Manage HQ budget; Identify cost savings and process improvement opportunities and drive implementation. Deliver monthly reporting of headcount and spending
Support Corporate Treasury Director with debt capital market related projects/transactions as required
Program manage project financing from a cash flow perspective.
Drive working capital improvements in the business
Monitor and analyze cash flows in relation to performance targets to support business partnership and effective management of cash.
Support oversight of Corporate cash functions including cash concentration, wires, and account funding to ensure adequate liquidity for Corporate needs.
Lead and deliver ad hoc analysis and presentations as requested by senior management
Engage with the broader FP&A and Accounting community by initiating and supporting continuous process improvements including business systems and process improvement projects
Key Functional Skills/
Excellent communication (both written and oral).
Strong computer skills, including banking systems and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word a must.
Strong attention to accuracy and detail.
Strong organizational skills and creative problem solver.
Ability to work in a multitasking environment and meet deadlines and clear understanding of the need to prioritize.
Technology savvy with experience selecting and overseeing software installations and managing relationships with software/banking vendors.
Bachelors degree and 5+ years of related experience
Postgraduate coursework is desirable
OR equivalent combination of education and years of related experience
Thorough knowledge of corporate banking, cash management, cash forecasting and analysis highly preferred.
Some knowledge of foreign currency dealing helpful.
Solid project management skills required with some prior project management experience preferred.
Investment banking experience
Bachelors degree required. MBA or CPA preferred. Majors in Finance or Accounting preferred.
