Job Description:

Cybersecurity and Technology Controls(CTC) Finance & Business Management (F&BM) is seeking a high performing Executive Director to lead the Finance function for key functions within CTC, based in NewYork/New Jersey.

The candidate should have a proventrack record of superior problem-solving skills and partnership throughprevious experience in Finance & Business Management, Program Management,Financial Controls, Business/Technology Priorities & Goals, Project and

People Performance & Planning, Risk Control, Cybersecurity, and/or BusinessStrategy & Growth.

The individual must effectively partner andcommunicate with the CTC and Finance leadership, other F&BM Leads, Finance,Project Management Offices, Technology, Procurement and Sourcing, Global RealEstate, HR, Compliance, Audit, Legal, and other key stakeholders and supportteams.

The team is seeking a highly motivatedindividual, able to manage varying levels of complexity and navigation throughpeak demand. Critical to the role's success is the ability to be flexible inshifting workload priorities and be comfortable in a fast-paced priority-drivenenvironment. The candidate must establish strong relationships with allstakeholders to strategically plan and execute on related agendas, projects,action items and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnerwith the Senior Leadership Team and Directs in all areas of business managementincluding: budget planning, monthly forecasting and reporting, headcountplanning and tracking, location strategy, productivity tracking, run rateanalysis, monitoring expenses, and cost recovery.

  • Manageday-to-day Finance function and align to leadership's key agenda items,discussion topics, strategy and objectives.

  • Developkey MIS performance analytics and reporting, including monthly executivereporting for very senior audiences. Drive standardization across processes andreporting. Suggest and implement controls to improve efficiency and accuracy ofexisting processes. Build and rollout new training efforts to address knowledgegaps to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement.

  • Ensureproper prioritization and implementation of key programs. Lead Business& F&BM initiatives and increase transparency around budget/expensemanagement and forecasting.

  • CoordinateCorporate Location Strategy submissions in line with Global Technologyguidelines through interfacing with the Line of Business and Corporate RealEstate.

  • Trackall key action items and deliverables associated with finance, governance,metrics, and the business management agenda, documenting work and processes.

  • Atleast 15 years of related experience (Financial Management, BusinessManagement, Program Management, Controls)

  • Highlyadaptable interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully engage andinfluence a broad range of individuals across various complex businesses andkey support functions, especially at the senior level.

  • Abilityto develop and implement comprehensive systems to solve organizationalimprovements.

  • Excellentwritten, verbal and presentation skills; with the ability to Communicate tosenior audiences as well as address multi-level employees

  • Abilityto multi-task and adapt to changing priorities with attention to detail andlogical thought process. Excellent task management and organizational skills.

  • Abilityto learn new concepts, systems, processes and initiatives.

  • Self-starterwith the ability to think creatively and laterally.

  • Superiortime management skills with the ability to work under pressure and prioritizeboth day-to-day activities and longer-term projects.
