Job Duties/Responsibilities
Actively supervises cleaning staff to ensure they continually keep rest rooms, break rooms and common areas (including outside) clean, tidy and welcoming at all times
Ensures conference rooms are clean, organized and appropriately stocked
Works alongside staff to complete tasks through leading by example to improve their experience and desired outcome
Maintains the monthly, quarterly and annual department budget, which includes submitting monthly financial reports to the SVP of Facility Operations
Coaches, manages and schedules up to 10 team members
Completes operations payroll and ensures labor costs fall within budgetary guidelines
Oversees maintenance and repair projects of each office building
Oversees the training of staff through orientation, direction, and feedback
Position Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years of managerial experience
Experience in building operations
Experience in energy management systems
CPR and AED certified within 30 days of hire
