Corporate Facility Nighttime Cleaning Supervisor

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Actively supervises cleaning staff to ensure they continually keep rest rooms, break rooms and common areas (including outside) clean, tidy and welcoming at all times

• Ensures conference rooms are clean, organized and appropriately stocked

• Works alongside staff to complete tasks through leading by example to improve their experience and desired outcome

• Maintains the monthly, quarterly and annual department budget, which includes submitting monthly financial reports to the SVP of Facility Operations

• Coaches, manages and schedules up to 10 team members

• Completes operations payroll and ensures labor costs fall within budgetary guidelines

• Oversees maintenance and repair projects of each office building

• Oversees the training of staff through orientation, direction, and feedback

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years of managerial experience

• Experience in building operations

• Experience in energy management systems

• CPR and AED certified within 30 days of hire
