Today, Morgan Stanley is a recognized market leader in the stock plan services marketplace as measured by both the number of equity plans supported and plan participants on the platform. The GSPS business philosophy is to provide high touch service using a team approach. As dictated by the client's needs, their team will be comprised of a Stock Plan Director team as well as dedicated members from our Relationship Management, Service Delivery, and Financial Reporting areas.

Key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to the following:

  • Advocate on behalf of participants and corporate clients to implement a personalized experience that starts with equity education and leads to awareness of the holistic Morgan Stanley Wealth Management offer

  • Package the comprehensive MS 'story' to enable account teams to engage with corporate clients about opportunities to better serve their participants through Morgan Stanley

  • Participate in client-facing meetings to present new opportunities and bring back direct feedback to internal stakeholders

  • Drive awareness of MS's Wealth Management products and work cross-functionally to enhance and personalize Wealth Management offers for equity participants

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders including the account teams, service teams and product owners

  • Partner with internal Morgan Stanley stakeholders to design and implement solutions that meet participant needs

  • Create and consolidate metrics related to voice of client and voice of participant

  • Identify participant segments and prioritize efforts to support various messaging, e.g new participant onboarding, broker choice participants

  • Capture participant feedback and understand experience pain points

  • Implement enhanced interaction model to help participants think about how their equity can apply to their broader financial goals

  • Present referral opportunities to participants at the correct stage of the financial journey

Experience:

  • 3-7 years' related work experience in the financial services industry

  • Client-facing experience preferred

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Equity compensation experience preferred

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Excellent relationship skills and client-facing presence

  • Proven ability to manage delivery and execution of a wide range of tasks and initiatives

  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams

  • Proven experience developing partnerships with and successfully coordinating across various stakeholders

  • Excellent listening and verbal/written communications with ability to tailor message to audience

  • Demonstrated leadership in setting strategy and driving an agenda

  • Strong people and process management skills

  • Ability to work independently and possess a strong sense of accountability and ownership

  • Ability to work well with others towards a common goal

  • Working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
