Here at URUS, we have big goals! Our ambition is to become a billion-dollar company by 2030 and we are well on our way! As a member of our Management Acceleration Program (MAP), you will play a key role in driving that continued trajectory. You will work on future strategic plans, design innovative business models, build industry partnerships, collaborations, help vet potential acquisitions and get exposure to international markets. This is a rare opportunity to accelerate your product and project management abilities as well as refine your interpersonal and presentation skills.
The URUS Management Acceleration Program is designed for fanatically driven, results-focused, agile, and daring individuals that are early in their professional journeys and aiming to accelerate into leadership positions. The program features 2-3 rotations at 9-12 months each in various parts of the organization with full-time management-level placement after the program. Senior leaders and executive team members serve as coaches and mentors to help program participants gain valuable on-the-job learning and development.
As a Corporate Development Analyst within the MAP program, you will collaborate closely with URUS businesses and key stakeholders. You will help screen, vet, and close new products, acquisitions and other business opportunities as well as create meaningful value for URUS' cooperative members and clients. Responsibility will reach across URUS' domestic and international markets.
